Our client are seeking to appoint a proactive and collaborative leader to join the Senior Management Team.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the curriculum delivery for levels pre-entry to level 3, providing strategic and operational leadership, planning and management of teaching and learning, the learner journey, inclusive practices and monitoring the effectiveness of teaching, learning and assessment.

You must be educated to degree level and be a qualified teacher with significant leadership experience and a proven track record of improved student achievement. The successful candidate must be a confident leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be a highly competent user of IT, with knowledge of MIS systems.

As a leading National College for students with disabilities, they require the successful candidate to demonstrate an awareness of a range of disabilities and to promote the values and ethos of the college.
