The role

We are seeking an ambitious, experienced campaign manager to work alongside our ecommerce, creative and IT teams. You will own the day to day, hands-on management of our £1m+ offline and retail customer acquisition and retention campaigns. You will be responsible for the planning, execution, delivery, measurement, analysis and reporting of our four campaigns a year cycle – with your focus on: agencies and data; print and mailing house; media and press, briefing and integrating closely with website, email and digital activities. The customer journey is everything - customer centricity, sensitivity to brand and our omni-channel strategy is critical.

About you

You will be experienced and skilled in most aspects of traditional direct marketing, and some digital experience will be valuable. You will be audience and performance focused, highly organized, analytical, and very much a team player.
