The Associate Director's main objective will be to help develop the Supply Chain Finance product within an Alternative Finance Platform on all its fronts, and specially to support the Director Product Specialist in SCF-related duties.

My client is an Alternative Finance Platform providing working capital solutions to multinational corporate clients, uniquely providing both receivables and payables programmes.
Using its proprietary platform to allow clients to automate transactions while reducing risk for investors, it currently enables the financing of over $50 billion per year for companies requiring facilities of $50mm to $750mm+.
Description
The main responsibilities of the Associate Director - Supply Chain Finance position include:
* Rapidly understand current Product proposal for Supply Chain Finance in order to be able to become a specialist in the matter
* Prepare, organise and support on SCF training sessions for the Origination and Structuring teams
* Create a Sales Pitch book and RFI/RFP book in order to support Origination team approaching corporates with research results
* Closely work with Structuring team to use and improve Working Capital analysis tool, with new ideas for development and improvement
* Perform Supplier Analysis and support IT in the development of the Supplier Analysis tool
* Support in the development of Legal documentation
* Support in the specialised SCF sales for Banks and Corporates both in its preparation and in face to face meetings
* Support in the coordination with Structuring team for the Supplier Management Team (Suppliers Onboarding)
Profile
The successful applicant for the position will have:
* Demonstrable experience in a top financial institution in Product roles. Other similar positions or similar experience will also be considered
* Working Capital product experience (direct or indirect), preferably within an SCF environment
* Familiarity with credit markets, including ratings, pricing, financial ratios
* High analytical skills, with profound numerical and relational understanding of financial statements, from P&L to balance sheets or cash flow statements
* Capability to show structured and self-explanatory results with visual and numerical outcomes
* Capacity work independently taking own reasonable decisions among different alternatives to achieve an objective
* Used to work with new technological tools and working environment
* Available to travel frequently
* MS Office experience, particular Excel and Powerpoint skills
Job Offer
This role is paying a competitive salary of up to GBP80,000 as part of a competitive overall package.
