Administrator of Operations
Our client is a leading utilities installation and connections specialist and are recruiting for Planning / Operations Administrators to keep up with the growth of a rapidly expanding business.
Offering a very competitive salary with uncapped monthly commission, great working hours as you finish on Fridays and holidays over the Christmas period – what more do you need?
The Role:
- Liaising with Suppliers and Developers/Clients
- Effectively planning and scheduling in works.
- Achieve on time delivery by working and clearing task list daily.
- Working alone and with other members of a team.
- Arranging Site Visits and surveys
- Project manage multiple utility companies and contractors for individual sites
- Report to the team leader and the Operations Manager
- Resolve all Customers / Contractors queries
Requirements:
- Some experience working in the utility connections or Construction Industry
- Previous project management / administration experience
- Experience working with Field based Engineers
- Good telephone manner essential.
- Strong verbal and problem solving skills.
- Be productive under pressure of a fast-paced business environment.
