Customer Service AdvisorBurgess Hill9 month contract with high chance of long-term extension We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join a fantastic team in Burgess Hill. In this role you will take customer enquiries, check stock, invoice, manage deliveries and returns requests. You'll have every chance to make an impact and show the skills and enthusiasm you have to offer, placing you in a great position for further progression within the company. Responsibilities To answer and process incoming stock enquiriesInputting telephone, web and email order data accurately and efficiently into the computer systemTo raise stock order paperwork and process paymentTo book out dispatch notes, create customer invoices and arrange deliveries / returns You will need to be a self-driven, quality conscious, results orientated individual who takes pride in providing the best customer service possible with the ability to work under pressure and multi-task by managing several things at once.
