We are seeking a driven and ambitious individual, ideally with B2B experience, who is looking to develop a career within a challenging sales environment. You will have a strong work ethic, with a willingness to provide a high quality service at all times. Competitiveness and desire to hit and surpass targets will be key to succeeding in the role.
As a Trainee Consultant, you will be trained in the key aspects of recruitment, enabling you to develop lasting relationships within your market and excel as a Recruiter. You will be expected to develop new and existing business whilst sourcing suitable candidates for your jobs.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an ambitious, exciting and growing team in an already successful business. Jark (Worcester) Limited offers an attractive, uncapped commission scheme and clear career development. Salary starting 16K plus car allowance plus generous commission scheme
