You will be able to demonstrate full 360 recruitment experience where you can evidence winning a client and developing long term relationships through to successful permanent placements. You must be a real team player and be willing to work hard and to treat your colleagues with mutual respect.Building robust relationships with both clients and candidates, you will be a proven biller, in excess of GBP100, 000 ideally, with the hunger and desire to earn more and move up the ladder.Target driven and sales focussed, you may be really enjoying recruitment but maybe are in the wrong company or working the wrong market.
