Leading provider of bespoke Water & Air Hygiene services across the UK have a requirement for an experience Supervisor to join their rapidly growing team. They are looking for someone with 5+ years supervising experience in the Water Treatment industry with a proven track record.

Location: Regular travel will be required to clients predominantly in London and the surrounding Counties. You will be required to attend the Head Office in Basildon, Essex approximately twice a week.

Our client delivers a range of water treatment and air quality services, allowing the systems that rely on these elements to work effectively and at their optimum; from pre-commissioning through to on-going maintenance, delivering a holistic approach to air and water treatment.

Key Duties:

• Work with the service delivery team on engineer planning
• Carry out engineering training / supervising / appraisals
• Engineer auditing - Following up after compliance checks to ensure timely and appropriate action is taken, e.g. PAT Testing, Log Book Checks, Risk Assessments, Site Surveys etc
• Work in partnership with HR on employee relation matters, including recruitment, investigations, disciplinary's etc
• Manage fortnightly timesheets within agreed timescales
• Provide technical assistance to the Service Delivery team, Engineers and Sales dept.
• Provide regular and timely reports to management
• Ensure that all contract engineers comply with H&S requirements, including PPE, tools etc
• Provide hands-on support on complex jobs

The Ideal Candidate:

• 5 years + supervising experience in WT industry with a proven track record
• Ambitious and self-driven
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Excellent people skills, including proven people management experience

The Package:

• Competitive Salary, up to £36,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
• Overtime - Monday to Friday paid at time and a third, Saturday paid at time
• and a half and Sunday paid at double basic

• Hours - Monday to Friday 40 hours per week
