UX/CRO Specialist
Reporting to the User Experience (UX) Manager the UX/CRO Specialist will be responsible for optimising the experience, driving conversion uplift on our websites across multiple platforms, and instilling a real test and learn methodology throughout our User Experience roadmap.
In this exciting role you'll join the UX Team within the Marketing function, collaborating effectively with the business and technical teams to balance business requirements with what is right for our users, and effectively deliver a CRO strategy for the business. Working closely with the UX Manager you'll be responsible for creating a CRO strategy and roadmap for Jet2.com and Jet2holidays, identifying and analysing on-site behavior and user research to drive our testing strategy.
This role will suit an analytical thinker, with experience using AB/MVT tools, and a solid understanding of UX. You'll be an expert in spotting areas for improvement from both detailed analytics, and your experience in UX. You'll be a confident communicator with the ability to explain test results in a simple and effective manner. The successful candidate will have previous experience in AB/MVT testing, the ability to identify trends and create hypotheses and testing plans.
