This role is for a technical minded graduate or CRM executive with 2-5 years??? experience who wants to work in an entrepreneurial organisation within a recent product launch. The product we are developing and bringing to market is a CRM platform for subscription based products and processes.
You will be joining a fun working environment and a company with lots of opportunities to grow within.
Responsibilities:
??? Develop new functionalities within interactive CRM subscription system (on Caspio platform)
??? Manage data sent to suppliers and manage supplier???s actions according to guidelines
??? Assist the telemarketing operation with campaign delivery planning
??? Assist the management team with campaign reporting and analysis
??? Help manage external suppliers and agencies
Essential Skills & Experience:
??? Experience in developing within Caspio or similar software
??? Strategic understanding of CRM principles
??? Exceptional planning and organisational skills
??? Effective prioritisation skills and the ability to perform well under pressure
??? Experience in marketing data manipulation and campaign selections
The successful candidate will have demonstrated a keen interest and some experience in technical fields building web based models and some experience within data processing and modelling.
Recent graduates are welcome to apply. 2:1 is a minimum requirement.
