Commerical Lawyer

Legal Counsel required (full time or part time) for a well established global card payment manufacturer. This will be a 12 months fixed term maternity cover contract and will be responsible for all contracts between the company, its customers and suppliers. This will include drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of IP, technology and commercial services agreements which may include supply terms for the provision of electronic services, IP licences, tender process support and non disclosure agreements. Providing legal support to the client or any other subsidiary's staff regarding English law.

The ideal applicant will have excellent communications and negotiation skills, very good logical thinking and good eye for detail along with good business sense.

Must be qualified with a Law degree, Master Degree/LLM in commercial law is desirable

Flexible working hours can be arranged if required.
