Debt Managers Services Limited (DMSL) is part of Secure Trust Bank, a well-established banking group and provides a superb range of debt recovery services to the credit industry. They’re now looking for a Customer Team Manager to join them.
Within a fast-moving and engaging culture, you’ll receive ongoing support to help you develop, both personally and professionally, as well as a great benefits package, including excellent incentives and performance management schemes.
As the Customer Team Manager, you’ll develop and lead a team of Customer Support Advisors who primarily deal with vulnerable customers.
Growing, motivating and managing your team, you’ll ensure that performance targets are met and customers receive a high quality service.
Specifically, you will:
- Organise, prioritise and delegate tasks effectively
- Handle any escalated complaints
- Ensure that employees adhere to company and regulatory policies and procedures
- Conduct monthly QA reviews, including monitoring calls
- Be involved in the recruitment process for new team members
- Produce data regarding vulnerable customers
- Identify ways to enhance processes
Interested? To be considered, you’ll need:
- Front line financial services experience
- Considerable experience within a collections role
- A track record of continuously reaching monthly targets
- Excellent knowledge of industry compliance, including DPA, FCA, Ofcom and CPA
Passionate and proactive, as the Customer Team Manager, you’ll have outstanding communication skills and an empathetic approach. You’ll also be highly organised with superb prioritisation and time-management abilities.
Recruitment experience would be beneficial, as would a background in quality assurance. Experience of outsourced services would also be advantageous.
