Job Title: UK Estimating Manager (Construction)

Job Overview:

* To manage a team of local and remote staff ensuring process and output are timely and accurate
* To build a strong customer focused department
* To monitor performance by way of agreed KPIs on a regular basis, using results to drive necessary changes within the administration or personnel

Job Description:

* Prime role to manage and build a skilled estimating team, covering HUB and branch level Senior Estimators
* Train and encourage / motivate team
* Ensure all opportunities are extracted from all enquiries - Entrance Control / PIDs/ Temporary
* Grow the pipeline and sales in excess of Budget
* Promote Heras UK core range and other strategic supply partners
* Ensure customer focused KPIs are created, managed and achieved - full visibility to team
* Ensure market changes and demands are communicated to the Sales & Marketing Director

Person Specification:

* Min of 3 years of relevant experience within the industry.
* Proven ability to manage workflows with multiple stakeholders in an effective and efficient manner
* Excellent communication skills to ensure understanding across cross functional disciplines
* Proven exceptional planning and organisation skills
* Commercial/business awareness
