Job; Sales & Operations Coordinator - Borehamwood
This is a great opportunity to get in with an award-winning technology company with sales in to numerous territories. They are a small but dynamic company that specialises in designing and bringing to market unique electronic products.
The role of Sales Coordinator is key as it is a primary customer facing role and therefore a main representative of this company. The role requires a very organised and accurate person to ensure every facet of their sales process is managed and delivered in a timely basis.
Job activities to include.
Customer Orders;
- Check orders in Accounts System (currently Promoserve)
- Check each e-mail in sales completed orders inbox to see if they match with order list
- Check E-bay/Amazon for orders
- Check/answer sales e-mails
- Answer customer service enquiries
- Take orders by phone and make payments on POS
- Keep Returns excel spreadsheet up-to-date
- Ensure a credit note is raised for all refunds with appropriate VAT amounts
- Deal with returns in a timely manner
- Keep refunds Excel spreadsheet up-to-date
- Send confirmation e-mails to customers
- Liaise with warehouse on regularly and on an as needed basis
- Prepare orders to be sent out from office
- Maintain a waiting list for customers where stock is not available
- Maintaining customer database
Sales Reporting;
- Maintain daily sales report
- Maintain weekly distribution sales report
- Liaise with warehouse tracking reports/stock reports
- Develop and maintain a weekly stock report
- Producing and maintaining weekly trade sales report
- thereafter maintaining this on a monthly basis
General Administration / Finance Support;
- Answer incoming phone calls in a timely manner
- Dealing with couriers and post each day
- Check logistics invoices when they are received and match to customer shipments
- Check answering machine messages each day - call customers from USA after 16.30
- Maintain freight and postage cost sheet for month end accounting
- Entering supplier invoices into accounts system - with assistance to start

- Location; Borehamwood, North London,
