Sous Chef – Birmingham – up to 25k
I am currently recruiting for a Sous Chef for a popular, casual dining, fresh food restaurant based in Birmingham.
The company has been established for around 7 years and shows no signs of stopping. With existing restaurants and planned openings in the near future, this is a great time to join this brand and be part of their successful journey.
As a Sous Chef you will support the Head Chef with full control over your kitchen, managing your team with passion and enthusiasm. Company culture is fun and energetic and we need someone who can ooze their values and ethos on a daily basis.
The company prides themselves on their fully fresh, seasonal menus, and therefore fresh food experience is required, ideally in a branded environment. You can however, have an input in to the menu development, so a creative Sous Chef is welcomed.
