Temporary Forge World Production Operatives: Nottingham, UK

About the Jobs

Do you want to help produce the best resin miniatures in the world in a fast paced production environment? Are you relentless in doing what needs to be done, day in day out? Are you thorough enough to make sure the job is done precisely, down to the last detail?

We're looking for people to cast moulds, de-mould figures, quality check and pack the miniatures we produce to turn them in to finished products. You'll need to be able to quickly adapt to the needs of the job and respond positively to change. You'll need to work well as part of the team, understanding the impact of your actions on people as well as processes. Your ability to stay positive and have productive conversations with appropriate people will be integral to your success. To be successful you'll need to make sure you are always calm and effective at all times.

You will be part of the team responsible for the production of the best resin fantasy miniatures in the world.

Casting moulds, de-moulding, quality checking or packing all the resin miniatures and components to the agreed standard will form the vast majority of your working day. You'll be keeping the team up to date on the status of production, helping others to be in the right place at the right time. All staff are asked to always look at how we can improve the things we do and this job is no exception. You will engage with the Continuous Improvement process, actively contributing suggestions and helping to implement solutions. Doing all of this in a safe environment is essential - ensuring that all best practice and Health and Safety policies are adhered to is your responsibility.

We know what makes this job hard is the relentless nature of the work - there is always something else that will need casting, de-moulding, quality checking and packing, ready to be sent to one of our customers around the world.
