NEW OPPORTUNITY- 3 months temporary HR Advisor role in Scunthorpe- £25,000 per annum

Your new role

As HR Advisor you will be responsible for providing onsite HR support for all employee and management enquiries. You will be the first point of contact for HR matters on site and will have a wealth of generalist HR experience in order to carry out the role successfully. You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for a number of campaigns whilst utilising the most cost effective recruitment methods.

This role includes but not restricted to; advising on disciplinary, grievance, appeals, absence management and recruitment. There will also be ad hoc project work such as updating and developing policies, procedures and supporting organisational changes. You will be a self-sufficient in maintaining the HR database, training material, data analysis and reporting.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have worked within a similar role and be a self-starter. You will ideally have experience in working on generalist HR projects, policy writing and generalist HR advisory skills. The ability to work in a fast paced and high volume HR function.
