Hours of Work: 40 Hours per week, Monday - Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm
Based in Bath
St John's provides support to the people of Bath and the surrounding area and works with other organisations to develop resilient communities to support people to overcome challenges, improve their lives and live as independently as possible.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Estates team responsible for the front line delivery of services to our Estates Portfolio. The Estates Coordinator will supervise and co-ordinate estates staff, as well as external contractors to provide a high class maintenance and facilities service across our properties.
You will have experience as a time served electrician or plumber or via the apprenticeship route, within the building trade or equivalent, and proven experience of leading or managing a successful maintenance team.
