JR Personnel is an employment agency, acting on behalf of a client who is looking for an individual with experience of managing a range of digital services in terms of back office functions, reports and new setups or changes.  

Role profile:       

  • Manage and support queries in digital mailboxes
  • Respond to email technical queries by end users (training provided)
  • Process orders for the digital service department
  • Send launch emails
  • Update internal reference documents with standard responses and developments
  • Setting up trial accounts for digital services with new customers

Person profile:

  • Reliable with excellent timekeeping
  • Quick learner and process driven with good accuracy and attention to detail
  • A team player
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Problem solving
  • A positive and ‘can do' attitude

Essential criteria:

  • Interest and have an understanding of the digital environment including apps/webs (user prospective)
  • Good knowledge of Excel, Outlook and internet browsers in a work environment,
  • Own transport facilities

Desired criteria:

  • Experience of Digital Media platforms
  • Experience or understanding of using “Back Office” tools
