Fantastic opportunity to join a well established and fast growing company in Windsor, Berkshire.
Our client is a market leader in their sector and they are looking for a Cash Allocation Administrator to join their team on a full time basis.
Working hours are Monday- Friday 09:00-17:30
Duties will include, but will not be limited to:
* Daily Cash Allocation, Cheques and BACS payments
* Weekly/Monthly checks on unallocated cash and credit notes
* Cash Investigations i.e. misallocated
* Processing monthly statements via Dynamics and Excel
* Sending out case statements as per agreed timescales
* Answering the telephone and dealing with queries
* Liaise with Credit Control regarding cash queries
* Assist in the production of monthly sales invoice bordereaux and forward these by e-mail/post to the client.
* Checking supplier details and updating Dynamics as necessary (address, contact details)
Other Duties:
* Collecting post daily
* Daily Banking
* Filing
* Carrying out any extra tasks as required
Principal Skills & Attributes Required:
* Organised and able to work on own initiative
* Friendly and able to work well within a team
* Communication skills including good telephone manner
* Experience of general MS office applications
* Good Customer Service skills
* Accurate when processing high volumes of work
* Ability to manage and prioritise workload
