JOB DESCRIPTIONMy client, one of the fastest growing in their niche sector, are looking to recruit a passionate and talented Business Development Manager.The Sales Team are responsible for managing and developing both new and existing business partnerships. This is achieved through effective relationship management and devising long term strategies.You will be a highly motivated, self starter able to identify and develop new business relationships. The majority of your time will be spent in face to face business meetings, ensuring that the business results are driven and retained in a structured and targeted manner.You will devise and implement ongoing retention and acquisition strategies. With your sales ability you will further develop business relationships and maximise business growth with pipeline and existing clients.You will be targeted with weekly, monthly and annual KPI targets which are in place to ensure you succeed for the business and your own personal benefit.CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTSTo be at the appropriate level of experience, you will have a minimum of 2 years experience of new business development in a B2B environment.Have excellent communication skills, both oral and written.Be comfortable and engaging within a B2B meeting environment.Represent and promote the business with excellent service standards developing and growing long term relationships.Have exceptional sales and negotiation skills.You will need to be willing to travel to client sites to grow the business.A clean driving licence is essential.This is an excellent opportunity to grow within a superb business and industry sector..
