Good Energy Client Advisor (Feed In Tariff) Salary: GBP18,000 + excellent benefits About us We are one of the UKs fastest growing and dynamic green energy companies selling gas and electricity to domestic and business customers. We own and operate our own wind and solar farms including the UK's first commercial wind farm. The company was founded in 1999 with just ten people and now employs over 300 people in the historic market town of Chippenham. About our FiT function You've no doubt seen houses with solar panels on their roofs or seen a wind turbine in the distance whilst driving. Our Feed-in -Tariff team (commonly known as FiT) is the department in Good Energy that facilitates the Feed in Tariff payment to the owners of those solar panels or wind turbines for the electricity they generate (our generators produce electricity in other wonderful ways too including cheese waste!). We currently have 124,000 generators and each quarter we take their meter reads, calculate the amount of electricity they have produced and facilitate the payment for them. Our Fit department are a highly customer focused team looking after our customers who generate their own electricity. To work in this team you don't need previous experience of working in renewable energy but you do need to put the customer at the heart of everything you do and enjoy being proactive in your conversations with our customers. About the role As one of our Client Advisors you will manage a portfolio of business customers and will deal with initial submissions, customer queries and administer accounts to allow customers to receive payments. Key responsibilities include: Proactively managing the customer experience whilst delivering a high standard of service to your clients via the telephone and emailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDrive, motivation and enthusiasmGood business senseConfidence and persuasiveness, for communicating Good Energy's ethics and valuesBeing innovative and collaborative to develop positive relationships with key clients / stakeholders. This to ensure client loyalty and business developmentSupporting our Team Leaders to achieve our KPIs and resolving queries and issuesProviding responses to queries from current and potential clients by phone and emailCollecting, processing and validating generator meter readsSubmitting and maintaining data / database entry About you You will be customer focused with great communication skills and enjoy dealing with clients on the telephone. You'll be proactive and will build excellent relationships with your clients asking the right questions and be able to identify additional opportunities. You'll be confident with a can do attitude with the ability to prioritise in a fast paced environment You'll enjoy working to deadlines and working under pressure whilst maintaining accuracy in everything you do.
