THE ROLE
As an Insights Manager you will:
* Work within a digital focused team delivering key actionable insights that will have a positive impact on user experience and business performance.
* Work with other areas of the business/stakeholders to ensure current digital channels are optimised.
* Ensure that the business know what they are and what they can achieve by building a KPI frameworks which will assist in business goals being met and success being achieved.
* Work with large raw, internal, external, structured and unstructured data to spot trends and provide actionable insights.
* Work with the customer experience team to understand users, their likes, dislikes, what it is they're looking for next from the next released product
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
* MSc or PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Quantitative field (or similar)
* A good understanding of ecommerce/digital
* Experience working with large messy data, statistics, modelling etc.
* Technically very astute with knowledge web analytics tools (Google Analytics preferred), SQL, MVT,Qlik View, BI suite
* Knowledge of data visualisation tools + techniques
