Cranstoun have been commissioned as the new alcohol and drug service provider in the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead commencing April 1st 2017. The new service will be called Resilience with prescribing services continuing to be delivered by Claremont and Holyport primary care practice.
The new integrated drug and alcohol service will provide treatment and recovery services for those affected by alcohol and drugs across the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead. We are ambitious for service users and believe we can assist them to reach their full potential. We care and act with compassion at all times. We are innovative and respond intelligently and imaginatively to local needs, delivering ever-better and more effective user-centred solutions.
This is an outstanding opportunity to lead this service through an innovative stage of implementation and development and influence its direction. Reporting to the Deputy Director, you will be responsible for strategically leading the service, including its day-to-day management. You will also be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of practice and provide motivation and leadership to the team of staff. There will be the requirement for evening and weekend work as part of an agreed rota.
You will have relevant experience in service provision and experience of managing teams. Experience of strategic and organisational development would be desirable.
