The Role: Due to a company expansion we are looking for a highly motivated Industrial Consultant to develop a warm Industrial desk and exploring new business opportunities in Dagenham and surrounding areas. A full 360 desk responsible for whole recruitment process. An excellent opportunity to build your own network in a great working environment.Your will receive excellent training package plus full team support. The Package: Basic salary 18-24K per annum plus Commission Scheme. 20 days holiday rising to 25 days after 1 years' service. Access to Company Car. Ideal Candidate: Candidates should have previous Recruitment exposure ideally in Driving or Industrial Recruitment market and should have a demonstrable billing history.Excellent proven background in sales and business development is essential from both Canvas and Face to Face sales activity. Strong communication and organisational skills.Experienced in managing high volume Industrial contracts.Hard working dedicated individual who strives for good results who can work under pressure to tight deadlines.
