Aspects Recruitment have been appointed by an established and growing broker to help meet their property insurance portfolio expansion. Their continual successful growth means they are looking to for a number of Insurance Sales Consultants to further expand their Sales, Customer Service and Renewals Teams. Are you an Insurance Salesperson with Household, HNW or Commercial SME insurance experience? Are you able to capitalize on an excellent base salary and an unlimited bonus potential to hit a target with OTE of GBP30,000 and top sales staff earning even more, this could be the role for you. You'll be part of an existing, experienced team who advise and sell a variety of insurance products by providing friendly, informative advice from a range of providers. I am also looking for Customer Service advisors who can delivery a first class service. You will need to have experience in insurance and ideally having worked in a Call Centre environment but if you believe you can help grow this company then I need to hear from you. Key Accountabilities: Maintain an excellent standard of customer service by explaining choices and providing recommendations ensuring both the customer and business needs are met.Achieve all agreed sales targets for insurance products in order to reach your sales target and reap the GBP25,000 earnings mark then take the sales higher and earn even moreInsure quotations are undertaken in accordance with the Company's FCA processes.Be involved with the full customer journey from handling incoming calls, generating quotations, converting sales and cross selling other products. Experience Required Ideally you will have at least 12 months experience of working within an Insurance sales environment, preferably offering household insurance through Open GI, although this is not essential. What is essential is that you have an excellent telephone manner and can delivery true customer service skills or have a passion for sales. This is a full time role, working 37.5hrs a week but job share hours maybe considered. We endeavour to notify candidates on the outcome of their application.
