Must have knowledge in the following:
- Continuous Improvement (DMAIC or PDCA Tools)
- 8D
- NPI
- Health & Safety
- Quality (ISO 14001 & TS 16949)
- Production Improvement
- Kaizen
- Engineering Drawings
- Project Management
Must be:
- Degree or HND in Engineering
- Six Sigma Trained
- Experienced with CAD
- SMED
