Office Administrator - Burslem We are currently recruiting for a Utility Infrastructure Provider who offers an alternative approach in providing new utility connections and services to customer's developments and properties We are looking for an Office Administrator to ensure proper flow of office procedures, and supports the office Manager and Company directors by carrying out common office duties. You will a positive and friendly company image by acting as the first line of contact to visitors, customers, and vendors in person, online, and via telephone. Responsibilities: Assisting Office Manager and Directors of the business in the smooth running of the officeArrange meetingsManages correspondence by answering emails and sorting mailHandles expenses and billing cycles (use of Excel spreadsheet a must)Manages reception area and looks after visitors - along with Admin AssistantAnswers phone calls and transfers them as necessary - along with Admin AssistantDrafts, formats, and prints relevant documents - ensuring "bespoke" filing system is updated.Maintains stock lists and orders office supplies as needed - along with Admin AssistantInteracts with directors and carries out their requestsCreates agendas and takes meeting notesPhotocopies and files appropriate documents as neededMay take care of website functions and social media profiles Mon-Fri: Alternate 8:30am-4:30pm or 9:30am-5:30pm GBP18,000-20,000 If this sounds like the role for you, APPLY NOW.
