ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES - The successful Quality Engineer will lead technical investigations for internal and external product, sub-assembly and system non-conformities, customer product quality complaints and supplier quality concerns using disciplined problem solving techniques (8D, FMEA, Root Cause, 5 Why, CAPA, Fishbone, etc).
You will perform internal process audits of quality related problems and bring about corrective actions and improvements. You will provide input to the Material, Design and Development team when analyzing faulty parts, sub-assemblies and material failures.
CANDIDATE - The successful Quality Engineer will ideally be qualified with a BSc, Degree, HND, HNC or similar in an Engineering discipline with at least 3 years experience within a strategic Quality Engineering role. Experience with ISO9001, Regulatory Compliance, Lean and or Six Sigma.
LOCATION - Surrey
SALARY - The salary for the role will be cGBP35,000 - GBP40,000 + excellent benefits package.
