Their services cover education, housing, substance misuse treatment and the prevention of reoffending.

We are currently looking for an experienced administrator to provide support for the Rent Income Manager, this will include ensuring rent is maximised, rent accounts are monitored and appropriate action taken together with the aim of sustaining tenancies.

This is a full-time role, 40 hours per week for approximately 6 months. The ideal candidate will need to be available on weekends.

Duties & Responsibilities are not limited to but include:
*Generate and distribute rent reports to housing teams and monitor actions taken.
*Ensuring that all Housing Benefit notifications are reviewed and circulated to correct housing teams
*Liaise with the Rent Income Manager to assist in managing cases of bad debt
*To assist the Leasing and Rent Income Officer in the annual rent increase process.
*To support the Leasing and Rent Income Officer in the setting of rents for new property acquisitions.
*To provide cover for the Leasing and Rent Income Officer where necessary.
*To process and manage Nacro tenants moves.

Suitable candidates will meet the following criteria:
* Have experience inputting and extracting data from a housing management database
* Have a basic understanding of supported housing and housing management good practice
* Have knowledge of housing and other welfare benefits
