Production Shift Supervisor
Salary: GBP25,000-GBP26,000 per annum including shift allowance & bonus
Working hours:
- 6am-2pm / 2pm-12pm rotating
- 40 hours per week

Profile
The successful Production Shift Supervisor will have a proven production experience and excellent leadership experience. You will ideally have a background from plastics e.g. injection moulding however similar backgrounds would be considered. You should have a good understanding of GMP, setting KPI's and be confident with your people management skills.
The Role
As Production Shift Supervisor, your main duties will include but not be limited to:
- First line management - supervision of a team of 3-4 per shift, management of holiday, sickness and absenteeism
- Track productivity in the manufacturing cell - monitoring production uptime and downtime, ensuring adherence to the production schedule
- Assist in continuous improvement activities and improve quality standards e.g. GMP, wastage and health & safety
