Fork Lift Truck Driver - Blackburn

We are currently looking for FLT counterbalance drivers in the Blackburn area. Duties and responsibilities: To safely and accurately use a Counterbalance Forklift.To ensure all vehicles are securely loaded and that vehicle loads are evenly distributed.To be aware of and observe the Health & Safety at Work Policy Rules, and Food Safety Procedures, reporting any areas of concern to the Supervisor.If required, to undertake stocktaking twice per year plus any special stocktaking.To carry out such other duties that might be reasonably requested. Experience: Valid FLT counterbalance licence. All applicants MUST be able to provide RTITB or equitant FLT counterbalance licence upon interview. if applicable; along with refresher certificate (refreshed licence every 3 years). Previous experience operating a electrical FLT truck preferred as all short listed candidates will be required to attend a FLT assessment before being offered a position. Additional information: Hours of working are Monday to Friday on 14:00 - 22:00 shift or 22:00 - 06:00. Overtime available on weekends. This position is a temp-perm position.
