Location: Walliswood, Ockley, Surrey. RH5 5QH
Salary: GBP34,646 per annum (paid weekly, including weekly bonus)

Hours: 6.00am to 6.00pm on a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern

We manufacture in excess of 400 products including bricks, blocks, roof tiles and pavers for the homebuilding and renovation markets.

About The Role

We are currently looking to recruit a Team Leader who will be based at our Ewhurst factory in Surrey.

Main Responsibilities;

- Ensure the correct planning of production requirements in conjunction with the Production Shift Manager on a regular basis.
- Identify and deliver improvements to the production and quality process to ensure agreed cost and efficient production schedules.
- Ensure optimum production targets, minimum waste and the highest levels of consistent quality are achieved.
- Actively manage the shift operation ensuring that all plant is running to optimum, quality is being maintained & the workforce is fully occupied.
- Summarise previous shift performance and identify key issues for daily production meetings.
- Maintain a good standard of housekeeping throughout the plant.
- Plan & facilitate preventative maintenance with the maintenance team.

About You

Experience:

Experienced Team Leader with High volume manufacturing experience

Recognised Health and Safety qualification (IOSH)

Mobile plant experience

PC literate and intermediate user of MS Word / Excel / PowerPoint and Outlook
