Sales Manager - Farnborough
A challenging proactive sales role to develop new business and account manage existing clients focusing on the MICE market in both London and the South East along with supporting the Sales and Revenue teams with other segments as required.
We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our dynamic and driven team. With a focus on maintaining established relationships and also proactively growing new business, the successful candidate will be both personable and an excellent communicator.
What we are looking for:
Someone who has previous hotel sales/events experience
A candidate who is perhaps looking to progress into their first sales role from an established meetings and events career
Someone who can host events during evenings and weekends as required
A candidates who has a good understanding of corporate trade in the luxury hotel sector
What you will receive from us:
Quarterly 20% performance related bonus
Monthly uniform allowance
25% off all Food & Beverage in the hotel
Reduced room rates
Complimentary stays and dinner at Aviator yearly once your probationary period has been passed
