Job Title - On site Forklift Engineer - Mechanical Engineer / Electrical Engineer
Location - Daventry
Salary -GBP28k Basic inc shift allowance + commission & bonus - GBP37k OTE

The Person
To be considered for this On-site Forklift Engineer role you will have electrical & mechanical experience working on either HGV, Bus, Plant, Forklift Trucks Vehicle Recovery, Vehicle Technician, Platform lifts or similar. You can have gained this experience from any background including REME etc.
Practical experience of electrical engineering & mechanical engineering through any sector is also of interest as is your professional attitude to the working environment.
Skills:
Mechanical Engineering & Electrical Engineering, hydraulics or pneumatics, diesel or petrol engines. Experience of servicing Fork lift trucks, cherry pickers, powered access equipment and VNA trucks
The Role
As an On-site Forklift Engineer you have the opportunity to become an employee for a Market leader. You will be servicing and maintaining approximately 100 vehicles (mostly new) on site with another engineer. The majority of the vehicles are electrical and include fork lift trucks, cherry pickers and VNA trucks within a warehouse environment. My client has a large and growing client base.
Your hours will be alternate week shifts of 4 on 3 off ALL DAYS
Hours 8am - 6pm
Overtime available if requested
GBP28k Basic inc shift allowance
GBP37k OTE
Company Van
Pension Contribution 5% on total earnings
5% Annual bonus
33 Days holiday
Uncapped monthly commission, currently approx GBP2.5k pa
