3 Month Fixed Term Contract Milton Keynes GBP15,000 - GBP16,400 (Depending on experience) Our client, a financial services organisation are looking to appoint a Fraud Support Administrator to assist on a 3 month Fixed-term contract. You will provide support to Fraud teams by completing a variety of admin tasks to maximise efficiencies across the Operation to help reduce fraud/customer losses. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.Enable team members to protect customers, the organisation and Shareholders against Financial Crime.Carry out support functions such as securing/recovering funds for the organisation, customers and 3rd parties.Case loadings, account closures, post, faxes, mailboxes etc.Actively providing suggestions to improve efficiencies, reduce losses and improve customer experience.
