Senior Sales Manager - Bracknell - GBP50k basic + Car allowance + Comms Our client is a leading provider of big data, predictive analytics and forward-looking insights that help FMCG, healthcare, retailers and media companies to grow their businesses. We are recruiting for a Senior Sales Manager for them to drive client growth, selling their multiple solutions that will assist and impact their sales growth. We are looking for someone with some FMCG industry exposure and a strong background smashing sales targets and winning new business. This role will also be managing other members of a team so could suit someone with this experience, or a BDM's / Sales Managers looking for a step up. Overview of the role: The UK Business Development team (UKBD) are responsible for driving company growth through winning new business. Our client is in a unique position in the UK of having leading breadth and depth of coverage, superior analytics capability and technology solutions that are already well established in many of our competitors businesses. The person that we are looking for will have the objective to drive a key new business campaign. With their fantastic new solutions and game changing software platform, they have tools that their competitors cannot provide. We are looking for someone with a strong insight and business development heritage either within an agency, a manufacturer or retailer. The successful person in this post will head up this campaign to be able to engage with the manufacturers over the key issues that they are facing. You will be someone who can find a reason to call and secure a meeting with the prospect and then once in front of the prospect can engage with the manufacturer, uncover their needs and impress them with a portfolio of solutions. This might range from a one-off study, a basic continuous data contract to a sophisticated package of solutions to address multiples needs from multiple functions: no two deals will be the same. The sales cycle will be long, high profile and very rewarding. Once a client is won you will liaise with the transition manager to ensure that they are on boarded comfortably and efficiently.
