Group Sales Administratior
Our prestigious client are looking to recruit a part time Group Sales Administrator to come and join their ever growing business.
Job Purpose:
To offer administrative support to the Group Sales Team in respect of key opportunities with the UK's largest main contractors and house builders.
Key Tasks
•,Interrogating monthly sales downloads to create accurate reports and KPI packs for main contractors/house builders and projects, distributed to customers and colleagues.
•,Engaging with all businesses to assemble sales reports for target customers.
•,Creating Order Points to enable tracking of in-direct/3rd party sales.
•,Maintaining a view of which reports are distributed for each Customer.
•,Support ad-hoc requests
Key Skill Requirements:
The Job Holder will form part of a small team and should therefore be flexible, self-motivated and have a 'can do' attitude. The candidate will be IT literate and numerate to an advanced level. The accurate administration of information is vital and therefore the right candidate will be reliable, organised and have a good attention to detail.
The Job Holder shall have a meticulous approach to the maintenance of data and be able to work to and react to tight deadlines. Must be able to use Microsoft Excel to an advanced level and Microsoft Access to a reasonable level.
20 Hours per week.
Salary 8'000k - 10'000 a year.
