Qualified solicitors and legal executives Healthcare Clinical Negligence
Our client is a renowned healthcare practice, amongst other areas of law and they are looking for an NQ-2 to join the team in Leeds. You will deal with clinical negligence in both an advisory and a regulatory position
They provide qualified legal staff with good opportunities to further their careers. A commercial approach to clients' work and relevant experience is important, together with an ability to adapt to the requirements of the practice.
Qualified lawyers are expected to contribute to internal training programmes as well as seminars for the benefit of clients Solicitor in the Leeds Healthcare team
They are looking for a full time solicitor, ideally between NQ and 2 years' PQE to join the Healthcare team in Leeds. The role will cover both regulatory and claims work and there is scope to be trained up in due course into any aspects of claims and regulatory work that you are unfamiliar with.
The role will be largely office based but could involve travel to undertake regulatory work. This role will report to a partner in London for the claims cases and to a Leeds partner for the regulatory cases, although they may also work with other Healthcare partners in London and Cardiff.
Some prior experience is required in healthcare regulatory work or complex, high value civil medical negligence claims, ideally from the defendant perspective.
The successful candidate will be organised and systematic, self-motivated and content to be managed remotely, flexible, and able to work in different ways with different partners.
They will pay the market rate for this role and are keen to hire as soon as possible
