You will be required to assess work requirements with the Site Supervisor, and organise all the various elements to ensure implementation of the work in a timely and productive manner, reducing non productive hours to a minimum. You will also be expected to execute and deliver timely responses to the site demands, drive up productivity and maximise the commercial opportunities for our client in line with their site agreement and agreed targets.
Through a sound understanding of actual work requirements you will provide excellent management of customers expectations in line with our clients capabilities. You will be expected to undertake the effective management of all our clients site technicians and supervisor on a day to day basis by ensuring they fully understand and deliver their responsibilities and duties.
We are especially interested in candidates from a mechanical background who have experience on the an oil and gas petrochemical site, whether in a technician or management position. Ideally you will have experience or drive in running a site and office based workforce. Weekend working may be involved.
