Title: Town Planner
Location: Derby
Salary: GBP25,000 to GBP33,000
A fantastic opportunity for a Town Planner with one of our established Town Planning Consultancy's. Based in the Midlands, You will be joining one of the country's leading planning consultancies working on a number of major projects based around Residential and Commercial schemes.
The successful Town Planner will be joining a multidisciplinary team where they will be actively involved in comprehensive planning applications. You will able to identify and respond appropriately to new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients and fellow planning professionals.
With at least 18 months' planning experience working within either the private or public sector you will have an extensive knowledge of local planning legislation and be confident in managing your own caseload of planning applications. A confident and resilient individual with a great passion for planning is required along with full MRTPI membership.
In return for your hard work, the Town Planner will be compensated with an excellent base salary alongside a generous benefits package. You will be offered genuine progression opportunities and the chance to lead on major projects across the Midlands.
