Our dedicated and rapidly growing in-house IT support team are based out of our offices on the western fringes of Bury St Edmunds. They are keen to welcome a superstar Implementation Analyst to the team.

Reporting into the Head of Applications and working closely with the IT Project Manager and Business Analyst, the Implementation Analyst will be responsible for assisting with the IT transition as part of the wider mobilisation process – setting up and configuring the CAFM system, setting up new users, general systems administration and workflow configuration.

Suitable candidates will demonstrate a good understanding of applications, databases and ideally coding language, such as SQL. You will demonstrate outstanding communications skills, confidence and the ability to build effective working relationships.

You will have a good understanding of IT and its' application in a business environment and will ideally have proven success in a similar IT support-related function. Individuals with exposure to ITIL Service Management may find this knowledge advantageous.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Undertaking systems administration on our business Concept CAFM system, to include setting up of new users, data entry and workflow configuration

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Outstanding communication skills and relationship building skills
  • Experience of supporting and understanding of applications and databases
  • Proven success in a similar application support role would be highly desirable
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good experience in a range of current technologies (e.g. Windows OS, SQL, VB, .NET, XML etc.)
  • Good experience of developing ad-hoc reports using common reporting tools
  • Ability to work with initiative, at pace and to tight deadlines

This role is particularly suited to candidates looking to start on a career in IT and whose drive, ambition and work ethic will enable them to become an expert in the role. Our IT team have a broad spectrum of positions and we can offer genuine career progression for the right candidates. Hours of work are Monday – Friday, 09:00-17:30, however, flexibility to meet the needs of the business on an ad hoc basis may be required.
