Channel Account Manager Up to GBP75, 000 + double OTE My client, who are an exciting threat intelligence cyber security vendor who will soon be searching for a hungry, self-motivated Channel Account Manager to help them grow through the channel and partner network! My client has a vision for solving the security challenges we all face today. They are creating a new breed of cybersecurity solutions that go beyond just detecting advanced malware. They provide the context security operators' need to connect threats and anomalous network activity to reveal multi-stage, persistent cyberattacks moving laterally on their networks. About the role: The Channel Account Manager role is a pure new business role and you will be working alone in the UK for the first 12 months (reporting to the SVP based in the US) until they look to further grow their presence in the UK. That's why my client require a hungry, dynamic self-starter for this role like you!Key responsibilities: * Generating leads, qualifying and closing business opportunities via the channel. * Attending relevant industry events and cold calling. * Booking in sales meetings in order to present and products to prospect accounts. * Required experience and personal attributes: * Ability to work autonomously with excellent time management skills. * Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. * Entirely conformable with cold calling aspects of the role with an ability to reach the decision maker. * Demonstrable track record/experience selling threat detection/intelligence software or similar cyber security products. * Excellent network/contacts in the channel and partner network * Demonstrable ability of generating leads, qualifying and closing business opportunities. * A customer-focused approach at all times. * Experience having worked for a smaller/start up organisation * A passion for the cyber industry and a clear grasp of the market direction/trends. * Benefits of the Channel Account Manager role include: Competitive salary/excellent package/chance to work with a truly exciting, emerging technology that will make a real difference in the world/opportunity to go on a journey of growth with an ambitious cyber security company.
