Chef de Partie - The Swan & Dog, Ashford
The Swan & Dog at Great Chart, Ashford, are looking for an enthusiastic Chef De Partie to join our busy kitchen team, so if you are ready to take your skills to the next level and if you have a genuine love for cooking, this may be just the job for you.
You will prepare, cook and present great food in line with our standards and you must take pride in what you do. You will uphold great health, safety and cleanliness standards whilst you work in the kitchen and it's imperative that you are a real team player.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Minimum one years' experience in the kitchen.
Experience in a high volume and fast paced environment.

Passion, enthusiasm and creativity in the kitchen.
The ability to practice and adhere to strict food hygiene and health and safety regulations.
The ability to maintain accurate kitchen logs and records.
You must be able to remain calm whilst under pressure.
