The centre caters for children with ASD, Dyscalculia, Dyspraxia, High Anxiety, Dyslexia and Language Disorders.??? The centre caters for young people between the ages of 10 to 19.??? They support children with specific learning difficulties.The Role:??? As an SEN LSA, the role will require you to assist the children to regain focus and interest during various lessons.??? As an SEN LSA for this school, you will work closely with children in the classes - this will involve 1:1 sessions with particular children or group work. Thus, helping them develop their learning and providing emotional and study support where needed??? The role will give you insight into working in a specific learning needs school, helping children progress to their future and gain knowledge in how to overcome situations in the classroomWhat you will need:??? Ideally you will have experience working with children with ASD, Dyscalculia, Dyspraxia, High Anxiety, Dyslexia or Language Disorders??? Ideally you will be able to manage challenging behaviour??? You will need to be calm, caring and nurturing - able to diffuse tense situations???
