Sales Negotiator, Weston-super-Mare

A lucrative opportunity has arisen for a Sales Negotiator to join my client's successful independent estate agency in Weston-super-Mare. Following increased business levels and internal promotions, they are looking to add some experienced sales negotiators to their team. They have an established team of tenacious and driven property professionals and the successful candidate will be hungry and target driven. The ideal candidate will have at least a year's experience in estate agency, and will have aspirations to progress through the company as they expand their network throughout 2017. You will benefit from a strong commission structure based on office performance, and the opportunity to learn from some of the best in the industry. There is also a car allowance available with the role. In return our client is looking to pay a ??17,000 basic plus commission OTE between ??19,000 - ??22,000.
