3-4 month temporary Finance Manager / Head of Finance, based outside of Midsomer Norton, ??45,000 FTE Your new companyA unique and leading provider of ground breaking equipment are seeking a 3-4 month temporary Finance Manager, ??45,000 FTEYour new roleYou will be responsible for managing and producing monthly/quarterly financial information on management accounts, cash flow reporting, balance sheet accounts reconciliation and various other customised reports including commentary and analysis of financial performance to senior management and other key stakeholders. Liaising with internal and external auditors on the review of all operational and system processes in compliance with Sarbanes -Oxley reporting requirements. Supporting the Managing Director and other senior management on financial planning including annual budgeting and quarterly re-forecasting of financial accounts and cash flow. Undertaking periodic financial reviews with budget holders on financial performance and explaining and resolving any key variances identified. Managing cash flow and treasury duties involving forward currency contracts. Preparing and submitting VAT and EC Sales listing returns. Processing monthly payroll and payments to HMRC and overseeing auto-enrollment process for pensions. Managing and reviewing credit control. Mentoring a Finance Trainee and managing a team of 4; liaising with HR on staff appraisals and other confidential mattersWhat you'll need to succeedQualified in either ACCA, CIMA or ACA.
