Junior Account Manager
Leeds / Ilkley
£18,000 + Bonus
This rapidly growing Web & Digital Marketing Agency is looking to bolster their award winning digital team with the introduction of a Junior Account Manger to coordinate the growing workflow for their department and play a pivotal role in managing accounts between the digital, creative and client services teams.

Account Manager Role:
In this role you will be responsible for supporting the Account Director in the day to day management of their clients, ensuring that they are serviced and that the daily work requests run smoothly.
Your main duties will include:
• Liaising with existing clients about their web and digital marketing strategies - via telephone and face to face
• Contributing to customer retention strategies
• Executing digital growth strategies to their existing client base
• Communicate new services and online growth opportunities
• Assist with resolving technical issues for customers with support from the relevant team members of the Agency
• Ensuring scheduled projects are delivered in accordance with deadlines
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships and effective account management
• Assisting with planning meetings internally with Developers, Designers and Strategists to devise effective responses to daily client requests
About You:
Experience within a Web or Digital Marketing Agency would be an advantage but is not essential. What is important is that you're super organised, articulate and have a high attention to detail. You will have a keen creative eye and be happy to get stuck into a fun, friendly but fast-paced environment.
Essential requirements are:
• Excellent organisational skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Outstanding written skills
• An interest in Web & Digital Marketing
• Confident communication skills and the ability to build rapport
• Clean driving licence
