Vacancy:
Our client is looking for an Activities Co-ordinators for their service based in Clevedon. Reporting to the Home Manager, the Activities Co-ordinator will be responsible for a wide range of activities for the physical and mental stimulation of the residents.
You do not need experience working in elderly care however, the leisure activities for the residents should be interesting, relevant, dignified, stimulating and planned. The determination and ability to assist in improving the quality of life of all residents is paramount.
Essential requirements:
??? Previous experience of co-ordinating events
??? Ability to manage own time, prioritise, organise workload and work unsupervised on own initiative
??? Ability to motivate individuals, communicate effectively.
??? Ability to develop activities and adapt ideas.
??? Self motivated
??? Creative
