SCHOOLS ENGAGEMENT EXECUTIVE TEMP - PERM

I am seeking a Schools Engagement Executive to work for REED in Partnership for a key role in the delivery of a government based initiative that is aimed at supporting 16-17 year olds.The successful applicant will cover across the Bristol, South Gloucestershire, Gloucestershire, Somerset, Bath and North East Somerset and Wiltshire area. This position will involve regular travel to educational establishments, teaching clubs, evening events etc., however time off in lieu will be provided for any work outside normal hours.This is a temporary role covering 40 hours per week however the role will go permanent for the right person. You will be expected to travel to early morning events and evening events, as and when the role requires.Key Responsibilities will be:- Identify Secondary Schools, Academies, Local Education Authorities- Identify key contacts in schools and colleges- Promoting the service in group presentations and on the phone- Presenting at all possible recruitment sites that have been identified- Preparing a key contacts list and external stakeholder lists- Regularly keeping in touch with the contacts and building relationships- Accurately logging sign up details and updating paperworkPerson specification:- Excellent telephone manner with persuasive and friendly communication skills- The ability to travel extensively across the contract region with access to own vehicle- Flexible with your working hours - Educated to degree level or equivalent in any discipline- The ability to communicate with stakeholders of all levels from CEO's to studentsIf you feel that this role could suit your requirements, then please contact me on or apply via the link provided.Reed Specialist Recruitment Limited is an employment agency and employment business
